Carlos L Haro
Son of Founder Nina L Haro, Carlos is the General Manager of La Cabaña. He is a graduate from the UCLA Restaurant Management program as well as from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Pasadena with high honors. After completing his tour with the US Army in Iraq, he returned home to help with the family business. Now he is in charge of overseeing the day to day operations and works closely with the employees and vendors as well as reaching out to our loyal customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with dining experiences at La Cabaña.
